Product Introduction

ABD’s MPV verticle multi-stage centrifugal pump is a kind of multi-stage high pressure centrifugal pump developed and manufactured by ABD PUMPS for areas including desalination of seawater and brackish water, special membrane separation and recovery of hypersaline medium, support for high pressure washing machine, water supply to highrise buildings, boiler water supply, water injection in mining area, long distance brine transfer. Its pressure resistance design is 60bar grade. Its flow is 2-350 tons/h, and head 510m. Some small flow pumps can reach an overal head up to 600m by connecting two pumps in series. The flow passing components of the MVP pump are made of Austenic stainless steel two-phase stainles steel, titanium alloy etc. All the components are shaped by precision casting process. The adoption of such casting process can ensure the pressure resistance to reach the design strength. Besides, high precision sizes of parts permits the allowance for corrosion and wear resistance to reach at least 3mm. Meanwhile, such casting process doesn’t entail material quality change problems for welding pieces of press-welding pumps which will afffect the corrosion resistance. The highlighted advantages of MVP verticle multi-stage centrifugal pumps include high safety, high performance/price ratio, simple structure, low maintenance cost, low noise and small vibration. No pulse phenomenon exists when transfering fluids.

• The bearing lubrication can be grease or thin oil type.
• Suction and discharge in radial direction, the installation direction is adjustable according to customer’s need.
• Multiple outlets can be set to meet various output pressure needs of the system.
• MPV verticle multi-stage pump can use packing seal or mechanical seal. When transferring the medium which is hypersaline, easy to crystalize or toxic, the mechanical seal flushing mechods that meet API 682 requirements and ensure running can be adopted.

• Maximum operating pressure: single pump not exceeding 60bar.

*The sum of the maximum inlet pressure and the closed head of the MPV pump must be less than the permissible operating pressure of the pump.

• Medium temperature : -30~120℃.
• Ambient temperature for use : not exceeding 40℃.
• Installation height abve sea level :not exceeding 400m.
